Engineered an agentic WhatsApp-operable chatbot using LangChain with LLMs to answer queries and trigger backend actions, keeping workflows conversational and automated. Deployed and optimized on AWS EC2 with Nginx as reverse proxy and S3 for storage, ensuring secure, reliable hosting.
